My wife and I were unsatisfied with what and how the public schools were teaching our five children.  We were also very concerned with the safety of our children in school.  We looked into the homeschool option and decided that homeschooling was for us.  We found many homeschool curriculum sites for the regular subjects but could not find just one homeschool curriculum site that we could use for teaching our children French.  We decided to build Tina's French Cafe for any other homeschoolers that wished to teach their children French.  It will be continually under construction and updated regularly until all our children have successfully learned French.  This will take approximately twelve years, since our youngest is only six.  We are Christians † and some of the materials we use will be religious in nature.
